Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

Important Information

We ask all new customers to complete a Client Registration Form. This is to gather relevant central details about you to assess your suitability for services.

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. This details is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your bookings and to provide you with important pre and post care details.

Please notify the centre of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help the centre to get any necessary or important details to you.

Appointments

Please arrive at the centre five minutes prior to your booking to allow time for checking in. If you are a new client to SBL Beaute or are receiving a new treatment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking as you will need to fill in a new client form.

We do try to keep to time. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our services cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full booking.

If treatment is refused due to a late arrival, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Or in the case of prepaid services, the treatment may be forfeited. During our peak periods, centres may request a small deposit for high-value injectable bookings. Once the booking has been attended, this amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost.

Whilst we all love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or be supervised by staff. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation guidelines. To be fair to all customers, by buying items or Treatments you agree to comply with and be bound by our cancellation guidelines.
If you fail to attend an booking without providing at least 24 hours prior notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the treatment cost.
If you have prepaid for an booking and you fail to attend that booking, you may forfeit one treatment from your package.

Refund Policy

Generally, reimbursements will not be provided for items or Treatments purchased from us. We will provide reimbursements of items and Treatments sold to you where we are required to do so by Australian Consumer Law, including:

for any items or Treatments purchased which we are unable to provide to you; and

if you purchase a Prepaid Treatment and subsequently do not wish to provide us with the details that we require to provide that Prepaid Treatment to you.

Treatments and items are not transferrable to other individuals, treatment areas or centres. Proof of purchase must be provided. Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.
